Celtic Greensleeves (for Flute Choir)
Famous “Greensleeves” with a slight Celtic feel to it. A different instrumentation than usual. It’s seven parts, with a Solo C Flute, Piccolo, 3 C Flutes, Alto, and Bass. And the Alto is a needed part (though if need be a part transposed for C Flute can be arranged). Parts can be purchased at SibeliusMusic.com (parts are free with a purchase of the score). If there are any problems or special accommodations you would like, please let me know. Note: This does not mean free parts left and right, unless you absolutely have no way to pay for them. Starving artists have to eat also! Purchase this lovely piece (score + all parts) at: www.sibeliusmusic.com
Question….why infamous? Probably you mean famous, right?
infamous? that’s sad to call it that even when there was a crishmas song besed on this. (same notes diffrent lyrics)
@mamp71 Yeah, I did. I just haven’t been back to youtube in months to realize the mistake. Sorry!
@porkchoppohl As I mentioned to mamp71, yeah, it was a typo. The song in question, “What Child is This”, was actually a poem beforehand that was later set to the music, if I remember correctly. I could be wrong though.
