Wow… where do I start? When I first tried henna there wasn’t a ton of information available, but now all you crazy kids have access to www.thehennapage.com which is more information than you can shake a stick at. I hope this demo gives you a nice visual starting point, but for any detailed questions, the people at The Henna Page have really gone the distance in providing a lot of info that I just can’t fit into an instructional video. I’ve ordered henna from quite a few places, but I last had dealings with Henna Muse and was quite pleased. wow. you are really good at the free hand henna art. i have been looking for about 2 weeks in my area and my vacation area. but i cannot find any stores that sell henna powder and cones and such and i do not want to buy off internet.. any ideas? i live in south carolina too..
Your henna is wonderful!!! ..And I laughed throughout your video, you sound like me kinda! XD I have always loved henna, as you can tell by the sn, and Ive been wanting to start doing my own tattoos at a local farmer’s market. About how much does it cost you to buy a set-up; the henna, lemon juice, etc.. and can I use a cake icing sleeve with a small nozzle?

That depends. From what I understand, some henna hair dyes are made of of a variety of ingredients. Henna for the body and the most ideal henna for the hair is nothing but JUST henna plant. The same body grade henna that you would use on your body for this kind of work, you would use in your hair, yes. But if you get a box of “henna hair dye” at the grocery store or something, then no, that’s NOT something you would put on your body for henna designs. I hope that makes sense <3

Well, all due respect to your mom, but whose wedding is it? YOURS or hers? I was just recording some more footage for my 3D nails today and I hope to finally put a video up this week. I just need to edit now.
I wore henna at my cousin’s wedding as her matron of honor, but I asked her if she was okay with it first. But since YOU are the bride, then it should be up to you, right? I mean, not like being a bride means someone would be snotty, but you really should do what you want for your look!
Unfortunately, I don’t have many ideas for how you could get some in your area without using the mail. Depending on your reason for not ordering on the net, could you ask a friend to order it for you if you pay? Or suggest it’s what you want for a birthday or gift-giving holiday?
Henna, as far as I know, is typically grown and prepared outside of the US so if a local store doesn’t carry it, you would need to order it somehow.
Personally, I think that henna and 3D nails would be awesome at a wedding, particularly if it’s what you want. Express yourself how you like and you’ll look fabulous. There’s actually also instructions on YouTube and The Henna Page for how to do glitter henna designs so you could tie in henna patterns with pretty 3D nails and it’d probably look totally stunning and otherworldly!
Hm, it’s hard to say because I’m terrible with finances. I just kinda buy stuff and forget how much I’ve paid. Plus I’ve been doing henna off and on for 5+ years and so I have a lot of old supplies I can draw on. The good news is that a little henna goes a long way and a 30$ or less kit of supplies could do quite a few applications. Certainly more than enough to make your money back and order more.

I am planning on doing Henna for a project of mine, but I am not all to sure on sites where I can buy henna of top quality. there isn’t a very high population that uses good henna near me, so I have to buy it online. Have any sites I could visit? I check the one in the description, but I guess the site isn’t there anymore since it popped up as an error
